I had my last day of observation on Monday. It was sad. The children all made me cards. They came up to me one by one and said good-bye. I am really going to miss those kids. I feel that I became a part of the classroom in the short time I was there. It was pretty funny when I child that lives near me, just realized who I was. He asked me if I was Johnny's mom. When I said yes, he told me that he knew I looked familiar. It took him over a month to make the connection. The teacher and I both laughed.
I will be visiting that class soon. The teacher told me she will keep me updated on future events in the classroom. I hope it is soon, becasue I miss them already!
